These wananga are open & suitable for those who have not done practice, although depending on the group, we may refer to Romiromi and/or Mirimiri during, especially for Raranga Tinana & Raranga Pono, which focus on the haemata ~ vital points of the body.

Over 13-weeks, we journey with the Mareikura and Whatukura ~ divine celestial beings of the highest realms, who guide us through the Whatumanawa, the all-seeing sacred heart.
