The synchroncity of things ~ I was interviewed by The synchroncity of things ~ I was interviewed by a co-creator Leora recently @leorabf for her new podcast "A healing guide" sharing her lessons along her healing journey.

We recorded this when she was back in Perth a while ago & it was released on the same day as WanderKind by Gabrielle Rangihoea 10th Anniversary. I'm honoured & grateful to be the first episode.

A beautiful capture of how Romiromi is moving through me right now. Have a listen link below or on bio x

Morena whānau, it's my business anniversary / bir Morena whānau, it's my business anniversary / birthday of 10 years,
When I started, I didn't know any (most) of you!

2025 has been a year of solidifying my practice, essence & life for the next 10-years & it blows my mind that it's 10-years since I sat in my dark apartment, gazing over Hyde park and stepped into the unknown.

10-years of moving into a stream that's taken on a life of it's own. 10 years of finding myself and then losing myself again.

10-years of meeting so many phenomenal people, for seasons, reasons and many of you, who I see in my life for lifetimes.

10-years of ups and downs, laughter, tears, joy, yummy kai, trips interstate and internationally, 10-years of figuring it out and then backing up, to figure it all out again.

There's so much that goes into holding space for others beyond what you see, admin, working on being seen, facing my personal life, the ups and downs of finances. Balancing personal dreams vs. practice business dreams, finding the path to provide for myself, while also honouring the deeeeeepppp sacredness of this practice.

10-years of working out the textures of vulnerability & genuineness, of playing with openness and how much of my life & practice I want to share.

10-years of realising again and again the power of this work. 10 years of stepping in too deep & committing too hard, then backing out & then stepping in again. 10 years of learnings, 10years of blessings.

Whew, so much has changed, and I don't know how to honour EVERY single person who makes and has contributed to me being able to show up in this space,

Thank you allllll for your essence, contributions, the time we've spent together,
I'm so deeply grateful for you all!

Ngā mihi,
Gabrielle x

My approach with Māori healing is to weave Mirimi My approach with Māori healing is to weave Mirimiri and Romiromi together (although they are always working together).

For your guidance, here's some contexts why you may be drawn to the physically deeper approach of Romiromi or the physically lighter form of Mirimiri (both can feel deep spiritually!)

Here's a few points when it is a good time to work really deeply

♡ You're super ready for change
♡ You have a deeeeeeppp knowing there is something in this space
♡ Your Tīpuna ~ ancestors are tugging you here
♡ Your body & spirit feels heavy, like you're being directed by energies that aren't your healthy self
♡ Your body is aching & youve tried many things to shift it, yet there's nothing other medical professionals can find
♡ You are open to co-creation (working together), rather than someone "fixing" you
♡ You've talked your issues over & over in a counselling or psychology type format, & not much has changed
♡ You're feeling a little numb from life

Here's a few contexts when Mirimiri may be the better approach

♡ You've got a physical injury that needs time to heal
♡ Your wairua ~ spirit need's nurture
♡ You're a person who will typically lean into challenge, rather than surrender
♡ You just know you need this
♡ You're expanding & want to connect into the heavens & shift & change in a gentle way
♡ You just KNOW you need this approach today

Invitation to the next Romiromi & Mirimiri wananga Invitation to the next Romiromi & Mirimiri wananga ~ Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th and Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th June 2025 in Bibra Lake, Boorlo, Perth, WA ♡

Although these are on separate weekends and can be taken on their own.

These wananga have been designed together as introductory aspects of a Māori healing training. You can take them as your own self-development for your own healing.

There's some really powerful healings that take place. It's such an honor to weave with the questions and ponderings that come forth.

Many people feel the pull without knowing exactly why or what it's about. Yet, the way that we work with energy and with others also supports the way energy sits in our lives and has so much insight into who we be and how we move.

So if you have any questions,. Feel free to reach out 🙏🏼🌻

This Reel encompasses the energy of many talented people ♡

I'm always so in awe of the steps & courage it tak I'm always so in awe of the steps & courage it takes to want change. And the people I walk alongside who make huge changes in their life.

♡ If you are are finding life hard, it doesn't mean that we/you/I messed up, it means ~ its hard right now.

♡ If you are wanting new patterns of being in the world doesn't match how your family operates, that doesn't mean you dont love them, or are judging them ~ it means you want change.

♡ After communicating new boundaries, or needs you may not have been able to communicate before, If someone gets upset, or ignores you, it doesn't mean you have to push down those needs, or are responsible for your parents, families or friends emotions. It means you're learning to use your voice, and they may not be used to that yet. It means, you get to see how your support systems operated before & it means you're on the path to change.

🤍 You've got this

What joy to emerge from our Koōpu Huri ~ Womb wea What joy to emerge from our Koōpu Huri ~ Womb weaving wananga this weekend ♡

The emergence of healing, deep discussions of all the sacredness, emotions ~ fear, excitement & pleasure that our womb helps us know & express.

Our womb is an area that is not always worked on in many bodywork practices, yet somehow is so anciently powerful in her subtle & strong pulls ♡

I'm deeply grateful to the continued learning in this space & always honoured to walk alongside those committed to this mahi ~ practice.

For those who feel the pull, our next wananga will be in October (dates tba ~ and our next Romiromi / Mirimiri wananga are the first weekends of June xox ~ reach out if you feel the pull 🙏🏼🌻✨️)

Thank you @monarca.spirit @sudevi.w @spiritedme56 @staceyannebernadette @ngakau_creative ♡
Kia ora beautiful Wanderkind community, I wanted Kia ora beautiful Wanderkind community,

I wanted to share these divine captures, that Grace from  @eye.see.divinity captured at our February Romiromi / Mirimiri wananga in Queensland.

These images capture the grace, gratitude and the deep privilege that it is to hold theses spaces.

Coming together as a group can be challenging for many of us in many ways. And at certain points, our healing journey and stepping into being a practitioner is benefited by that connection, the healing as a group, the being witnessed, the stepping up to take your mana, to take your space as a healer, as a practitioner can be such a powerful and beautiful experience.

And when we take the invitations that often get extended to us in Langa spaces, there's something that ripples out into our life. And when I began, I never imagined the depth and privilege of witnessing others. Flourish, shine and share their gifts. How deeply touching it would be to see the impact on people's individual lives and the community.

So a huge shout out to Chantez @flowwithchantez for inviting me over to Queensland earlier this year for the growth and expansion that I've personally experienced, knowing and trust that we are not alone on this earth Walk.

Hi, beloved. Our Kōpu Huri ~ Womb weaving wanang Hi, beloved.

Our Kōpu Huri ~ Womb weaving wananga is next weekend, 29th & 30th March 2025

This is your invitation if you feel the pulll to join us next weekend for the Kōpu Huri ~ Womb Weaving wananga,

For this training, we focus on the sacredness of the womb, the depth of the womb, all that weaves in that space, and all that can be cleared from there. Moved from there and understood through a Te Māori lens.

We also build confidence in working in this area, so sending those 10 drills out into the ether for those who feel the pull.

Bowing deeply beloveds,

Gabrielle ♡
