The Flourishing Practitioners Podcast honours our role as one of the first generations weaving a world where holistic values, the capacity to heal and business and co-exist side-by-side.

We explore the wisdom from counsellors, coaches & healers. Touching on their personal journeys of stepping into service, their businesses, challenges & expertise so they can expand and align their service in their calling and chosen field of work.

We talk all things space holding, caring for our clients & succeeding in our businesses.

It's wild how the weather starts to bring life clo It's wild how the weather starts to bring life closer & makes life feel more contained in an internal way. I've felt in gratitude in all the simple moments lately.

I notice in myself & in sessions that lots of people are feeling internal & still battling that sense that we are meant to be extrovert all the time... I'm in the embracing an internal winter camp this year, a home body, moving, slowly, finding my winter pace 🤍

♡ A sense of nourishment & connection with self, my loved ones, bread making endeavours & puppy.
When you enter a healing space, a large part of th When you enter a healing space, a large part of the magic is that you choose to be open to receiving healing.

There are layers of figuring out if your ahua ~ energy field feels safe, yet when one arrives & drops in, the body knows how to heal.

The body may have begun showing you things prior to the session, or as we open in karakia. As you lay on the table, different things may present, fears, sadness, understanding...

Creating the time isn't always about the big shifts, yet these can arrive in the soft, gentle, slow moments.

When we really pay attention, healing, integration & upliftment is found in every moment ♡

During this retreat I will be sharing alongside Kip from @naturalperspectives.au who will be bringing QiGong & sauna alongside our practice 🤍 (I'll be sharing more soon).

Then we took a quick weekend trip to the Wheatbelt to visit my love. It was pups first trip to the farm. She loved it & I think she's made a giant friend 🤣

The feminine ways of learning is just as important The feminine ways of learning is just as important as the masculine way.

I would rather people practiced, than not at all...
I would rather people use their gifts, than hold themselves to standards that are not realistic for their current lives, obligations, needs to provide for themselves or others.

Healing is a sacred gift that is given to us without questioning ~ our background, how much we earn, how much we know.

When we step in, much is revealed x

Sending so much aroha ~ love out to all those who received from an Ako Torowhānui practitioner yesterday 🌿 take the time to let any insights that may want to be present to reveal themselves.

Yesterday these divine humans held space for our community aroha day. I'm feeling reverent of the uniqueness & power of this emerging integrated practice.

The power of stepping into our gifts is an honour. Thank you all for being present & taking your space in your unique ways x
