The Flourishing Practitioners Podcast honours our role as one of the first generations weaving a world where holistic values, the capacity to heal and business and co-exist side-by-side.

We explore the wisdom from counsellors, coaches & healers. Touching on their personal journeys of stepping into service, their businesses, challenges & expertise so they can expand and align their service in their calling and chosen field of work.

We talk all things space holding, caring for our clients & succeeding in our businesses.

Change often feels vulnerable because it isn't yet certain & it feels good ~ because things are dropping that no longer feel resonant.

Everything is still weaving it's way through me, yet acknowledging where I am at in this moment feels the best right now. 🌼 🌺

Our life & life energy is just as important as our spiritual energy, it needs to be nourished, cared for & respected in order for our spiritual actions to be able to become embodied.
After 13-years of working in the healing & persona After 13-years of working in the healing & personal development space & diving deep on my own healing.

I'm entering my normal person era.
In essence, I'll still be doing the same mahi yet this is...

♡ A time of less holding space & more listening to what the space wants to explore.
♡ A moment of less focus on personal development & more focus on what is already shining.
♡ A true understanding that none of us are numb, we all have a deep inner world.
♡ An inner understanding that my life merely requires pruning, I have already transitioned through the time of hacking through my flaws, leaping of cliffs & taking courageous action.
♡ Taking the time to truly appreciate all I have created.
♡ Understanding I do not need to initiate, for I am already initiated.

I am entering an era of understanding that everything can be sacred.

♡ My phone because it connects me to you.
♡ My coffee because it reminds me to take a moment.
♡ My tv watching as it is my time to receive hugs & decompression.
♡ My bitchiness, at times, for she reminds me I am in the wrong spaces.
