On the pod, Erika shares "Unconsciously, there's a belief, "Well, if I have this issue or this issue, then I'm a match. I'm connected to my family." Whereas what we would want is for someone to be connected to their family or their friends or their community through things like love or sense of humor or adventurousness, right? Or, you know, mental intellectual contribution."
